LeadWell Assessment

The LeadWell Assessment, which is an add-on enhancement to FLIGBY, is comprised of the LeadWell Index (developed with the Mental Health Commission of Canada) & the Bonus Conduct Challenge, is designed to provide deeper insight into the ability to make optimal empathetic, tolerant choices, and identify & address inappropriate, bullying & harassing behaviour.

Designed to provide deeper insight into the ability to identify & manage inappropriate workplace conduct that harms individual and collective health & wellness.

  • Tests ability to identify inappropriate conduct, and to discern when behavior has become harassing & toxic, and potentially illegal
  • Provokes thinking about what is or is not appropriate conduct in a workplace
  • Promotes self-awareness & reflection regarding tolerance for borderline & egregious conduct
  • Provides a platform for discussion about workplace conduct & managerial responsibility
