The LeadWell Assessment, which is an add-on enhancement to FLIGBY, is comprised of the LeadWell Index (developed with the Mental Health Commission of Canada) & the Bonus Conduct Challenge, is designed to provide deeper insight into the ability to make optimal empathetic, tolerant choices, and identify & address inappropriate, bullying & harassing behaviour.

- Provokes thinking about what is or is not appropriate conduct in a workplace
- Promotes self-awareness & reflection regarding tolerance for borderline & egregious conduct
- Provides a platform for discussion about workplace conduct & managerial responsibility

The Diagnostics Package – Flow-Leadership Report & LeadWell AssessmentTM - serve as a blueprint for personal and/or team training & development to improve skills, performance and address gaps or emerging needs within an organization.
Post-game results are meant to
