Post Game Performance Diagnostics

All players/teams receive a Flow-Leadership Report that is produced real time & available immediately post gameplay. Assessing & benchmarking 29 key leadership competencies that support trust & engagement while balancing triple bottom line pressures, results serve as a blueprint for individual/team training & development. Diagnostics can also provide profiling & predictive capacities of an organization’s management cadre.

LeadWell V-Tool

The LeadWell Assessment is an add-on, which runs on the FLIGBY platform and is comprised of the LeadWell Index (developed with the Mental Health Commission of Canada) & Bonus Conduct Challenge. This assessment provides a deeper dive into the player’s ability to make optimal empathetic, tolerant choices, and identify & address inappropriate, bullying & harassing behaviour. These skills and behaviours lead to greater employee engagement and ultimately greater success, profitability & brand loyalty.
