ReWhyr believes that leadership matters, and can always be improved. People are an organization’s most valuable resource, and engaged, respectful workplaces produce better results – but only with the right leadership. We provide virtual tools and blended learning experiences to reimagine change in leadership training and development.

In collaboration with ALEAS Simulations Inc., we currently offer FLIGBY as well as FLIGBY + LeadWell, as virtual training tools designed for organizations & individuals to directly address complex leadership and workplace challenges, including employee engagement.

ReWhyr created the LeadWell V-ToolTM and partnered with ALEAS to embed the add-on to harness the power of the original game and additionally address the serious & pervasive challenge in business today of employee disengagement, which leads to dysfunctional and potentially toxic workplaces. This enhancement examines inappropriate behaviour, including lack of respect, tolerance, bullying and harassment and means of redress. While particularly germane to the North American market, we believe these issues to be relevant globally.

Our goal is to provide leaders and organizations with

  • an opportunity to witness and reframe leadership style - skills, performance and capacity - through greater self and team awareness and reflection
