Player Experience

Players become the General Manager of a California vineyard. Packed with leadership & organizational dilemmas, every action taken influences how the story unfolds. An experience so realistic & immersive, players make decisions as they would in the real world. Witnessing their leadership style, players can learn how to become leaders who truly understand & effectively engage the "human element".

Post Gameplay Report

All players receive a Flow-Leadership Report that assesses & benchmarks 29 key leadership competencies that support trust & collaboration while balancing real world triple bottom line pressures. Strengths & weaknesses are highlighted, providing a guide for personal/team training & development to improve skills, performance and address gaps or emerging needs within an organization.

The enhanced version includes the LeadWell Assessment.

Behind the Scene

A powerful psychometric leadership-profiling engine records every stroke and measures player capabilities on multiple dimensions. Over 150 decisions and their individual, business & organizational impacts are analyzed, evaluated, mapped & benchmarked. Games deliver continuous feedback providing players with immediate impact & consequences of decisions, and post gameplay, produce a triple bottom line performance assessment of core leadership competencies.

LeadWell Assessment

The LeadWell Assessment is an add-on V-Tool to FLIGBY that focuses on today’s challenges in the workplace, addressing a leader’s ability to understand & respond to the “human element,” as well as identify inappropriate behaviour (including bullying & harassment) and take corrective action to address these kinds of conduct. This game zeros in on a player’s decisions that demonstrate empathy, tolerance & other leadership competencies that promote engagement & wellness in the workplace.
